#1. Extending of your chin

Gently pull your chin forward and place your lower lip to your upper lip. Lift the corners of your mouth and then lift your chin. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth and count to ten. Perform this exercise ten times.

#2. Exercise “the puffiest cheeks”

Puff your cheeks. Then slowly move the air from one cheek to the other cheek over the upper teeth. Do this exercise slowly. Perform it ten times.

#3. Jaw muscles stretching

This move targets the chewing muscles and helps prevent double chin and sagging cheeks. Close your lips and teeth. Separate the teeth, without opening your mouth, and move the lower jaw forward as far as possible. Stay in this position for at least five seconds.

Squeeze your cheeks with your fingers and try to smile while overcoming resistance. Keep smiling for five seconds. And perform this exercise at least ten times.

#5. Exercise “fish”

Pull your cheeks like you are trying to imitate a fish. Then try to smile and feel how tense your cheek muscles. Stay in this pose for ten minutes and perform this exercise at least ten times.
